My husband brought these home swearing by them. I was hesitant as I was way over searching for a health shake that didn't taste like chalk. He insisted I try it after a particularly rough workout. Not only did it taste good, I felt great after. Some of the other shakes made me tired and weighed down, like I just negated my workout. The next day I barely felt the workout, and only saw results without feeling crippled from being sore. We fight over the last one now.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I am vegetarian and need good sources of protein. I drink one of these shakes every morning and love them! They fill me up, taste good, don't make me sick at my stomach like some other high protein shakes, and give me lots of high quality protein. A+
