My favorite ready-to-go protein shake after a workout!! I run 15 miles a week and have one of these after every run. The fat calories are basically nothing (seriously!) - it's pure, healthy protein all the way! The taste is actually good. I've been drinking these for almost a year and am surprised about the other review that says it tastes bad. EAS is great quality, too. To prevent getting bored, I'd recommend getting different flavors (chocolate fudge, vanilla) and just grabbing a different one each time. --or-- if you're craving a sweet snack and want to avoid reaching for junk food, these are great for that :)

I disagree with the other review. I enjoy the taste, the nutrition is great, and it is a great choice for a snack when you're in a hurry.
