Comments about ECO logical skin care Body All Natural Sunscreen SPF 30+, 5.3 oz: I definitely was happy with this product. I have two young boys and we were looking for a relatively reasonable costing sunblock that doesn't have all the "bad chemicals" in it. This worked great. We spent a week at the beach, outside for most the day, and no sunburns at all. Product applies nicely for this type. It stayed on after swimming in both the ocean and pool. Overall great product. Comments about ECO logical skin care Body All Natural Sunscreen SPF 30+, 5.3 oz: I bought this ss based on reviews I've seen online which stated: "Water based, high Zinc Oxide content (20%), non comedogenic and supposedly did not leave a white cast." Pros: The product did an excellent job as far as protection goes. I live in a hot, humid and very sunny environment and I tan easily. However I did not tan or get any color on my face at all even after wearing it outside for one hr in direct sunlight during peak UV hrs. It did not cause any breakouts even after one week straight of using it. Usually a product breaks me out within a couple of days but not this. Because it's water based the texture is light; much lighter than many of the ss I have used it the past which tend to feel heavy but because of the same reason, it isn't waterproof. The finish is semi-matte on my combo skin and even in this humidity, it stayed semi-matte and non tacky throughout the day.Cons: On tan skin it leaves a very noticeable white cast. No matter how much I blend, the white cast is still there. I even waited a full 30 minutes to see if it will sink in. No such luck. It's important to note that I used the proper amount of 1/4 teaspoon for the face. I was actually a bit surprised given that reviews I read online said it did not leave a white cast. I guess those reviews were done by people who have a much fairer skin tone and thus it's a lot less obvious on their skin. Another thing to note is the scent: It smelled somewhat like Elmer's glue but a little more offensive. The smell disappears after a few minutes though so it's really not big of a deal. It's also a bit expensive for the amount of product you get. I paid [$]at my local health food store for 1.8oz of product. I think this will work a lot better for someone whose skin tone is a lot lighter for which the "white cast" may not be noticeable but for darker skins like mine, you might want to keep looking. Pros

Best Uses Comments about ECO logical skin care Body All Natural Sunscreen SPF 30+, 5.3 oz: I wanted to love this product and I did in terms of sun protection and that it is very waterproof but it leaves me looking like a ghost! I have medium-olive skin and this sunscreen leaves a white shadow on the skin regardless of how vigorously you rub it in. It also gets all over your swimsuit and leaves white residue which does not come off easily. Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about ECO logical skin care Body All Natural Sunscreen SPF 30+, 5.3 oz: This sunblock received good reviews from another site, so I thought it would work for me. It is a strange consistency where the oils in the sunblock separate from the rest of the ingredients. You really have to knead the tube before using. That is just a minor point. The main issue I have is that this goes on greasy with a white cast. I am Asian and of light to medium complexion, and given the claims, it was supposed to go on clear. Another main issue is that it makes me itch for some reason. There is an ingredient in it that is irritating my skin, so I have stopped using it. Your miles may vary though. Pros

Comments about ECO logical skin care Body All Natural Sunscreen SPF 30+, 5.3 oz: I just started switching to all natural sunscreens and beauty products. Chemical sunscreens can wreak havoc on your endocrine and reproductive systems, not to mention the allergic reactions associated with such chemicals. This sunscreen was highly rated on [@] as safe and effective. I just used it for the first time today at my job as a camp counselor where I am out in the sun all day (8 hours) with no shade. This sunscreen worked great--no burns at all and I usually burn. Its active ingredient is zinc oxide, but it did not leave that white/ghostly look that some natural sunscreens can leave. A little goes a long way and it absorbed quickly into my skin and lasted all day. It's VERY waterproof--it was actually difficult to wash it off my hands when I was done applying it, but it didn't feel greasy in the least. The sunscreen has no detectable scent.I also used this product on my face and again it absorbed quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it controlled the oil in my skin all day. I have very oily skin and at the end of the day, after running around in the sun continually, my face is still matte! I can't believe it. It's a little too heavy to wear under makeup though, so I wouldn't recommend it for an everyday moisturizer. But for the beach/camp it's great!Lastly, it's a great value. Most natural sunscreens run at least $18 for a small tube. Eco is [$] for a large tube (5.3 oz) which is great. I can't justify spending $20 on a small tube of something that I'm going to go through so quickly, so I was happy to see that Eco's line is so well-priced. I bought 2 large tubes for the summer, but I doubt I'll go through both of them because like I said before, a little goes a long way. This is a great product and I'm so happy to see it on drugstore.com!!
