I have A LOT of allergies, titanium dioxide included. This is the only sunscreen I have found that doesn't bother my skin. In fact, this sunscreen seems to have actually improved the texture of my skin. It is truely unscented, very gentle and lightly moisturizing, all without terrifying chemicals. It isn't greasy and it doesn't leave a white film so it can be worn with or without makeup. Great product!

The container was only about half full and the product had a very bad distinctive smell. I tried using it a few times but each time I had to wash it off my face because I couldn't stand the smell. I ended up throwing it away and would not recommend.

The packaging is terrible but I didn't give it a bad review because of that--the company acknowledges the problem (half empty tube) on its website and is fixing it...but it smells terrible, is hard to rub in and granted I have sensitivities to lots of sunblocks but I had a reaction to this one in a couple of hours....bumps and itchy skin. If you have sensitivities to sunscreen this is not for you.

I ordered this and for some reason, maybe the package pictured, I thought it would have more. For the size of the container, there should be more lotion in it. It's only 1.8 ounces (weight), but the bottle is big enough to hold much more. I'm used to my products being measured in fluid ounces I guess. When I pulled it out of the box, it felt like it was almost gone! Had it not been sealed, I would've thought they sent me a used product. I was looking for something for my sensitive skin and this works but it's not worth the money. I'll stick to what I'm already using. And it smells funny. Boo.

I read in an article that the best way to block the sun was with a product that has zinc oxide in it. This has 20% zinc oxide. It's the same stuff the lifeguards used to wear that made their noses white! This does go on a bit white, but soaks in quickly. It's not greasy, it doesn't make me break out! So far I've only tried the "face" lotion, but I plan on getting the rest of the line now that I found this to be such a great product!

I used to use Blue Lizard for the face, but wanted to find a product that was less greasy and no active chemicals. I love the non-nano sized zinc oxide - absolutely no white residue on the face. I use a special oil-based cleanser to remove the product at the end of the day. The product for the face seems like it would wear off much faster than the one for the body, so if you're doing outdoor activities like hiking, you may need to reapply periodically.

love that it's safe, seems to be effective, but had to scrub my face practically raw to remove it. soap and water alone won't work. had heard that a toner might cut it, but that's another step and more product on my face. great in principle, not great in practice.
