The first time I used this bath sponge I was very happy with it. It is fluffy and dense, and provides good exfoliation, so I wouldn't recommend it to someone with sensitive skin. After the 3rd use I was dissapointd when it started to fall apart. It didn't even last as long as the cheaper ones from the bargain store. My next purchase will be a different brand of exfoliating sponge.

Great price, but this product did not last. I've been buying these types of sponges for years and this is the first time I've ever had one come completely apart within just a month of use.

It could be that I have very sensitive skin. But this is the roughest I have ever used. Would definitely not buy again.

Have bought recycled plastic bath sponges in the past, and this one is by far the worse one I have purchased. Fell apart after just a few uses. I undid the tie in the middle and put it back together, and it still won't stay together. Rough on skin. NOT DURABLE.

I couldn't get any lather with this. Save a few pennies and get a cheaper one. I will say though that this is great for exfoliating.

I love my loofas - it was past time to replace the one I was using, but I couldn't bring myself to buy new plastic that would just be thrown into a landfill in a few months. And I couldn't find anything biodegradable that would do the job. Finally, I stumbled across this. As good a compromise as I could come up with.

The plastic is a bit on the rough side. I like to exfoliate so it works for me, but I can see how people with more sensitive skin could have problems.
