I love the Ecotools line and I use the foundation brush on a daily basis. However, this new one needs to go! Please bring the old brush back. The bristles to this new one does not blend well and I can clearly see streaks on my face. I used the same BB cream I have always used and did not face this problem with the old brush bristles. These are too slick and makeup just slides around on them, instead of working WITH the brush.

This brush is super soft, feels like a natural brush and not very "plasticky". As a novice, I did not know the difference between the brushes until I tried this. My old foundation brush came in a set of 10, it was very cheap, like plastic bristles. I'm just playing around with the make up why spend $$$ & it gets the job done. Big difference, using the same technique, amount & same brand of liquid foundation, Eco brand applied the foundation very lightly. It does not feel "cakeky", more natural. Plus clean up is a cinch. I washed the brush in antibacterial soap & warm water at 3:30 PM by midnight it was completely dry.

- Half a pea size soap (I read someone used their face wash) on the back of my hand
- Dipped the brush head in the soap in a swirling motion (on the back of my hand) until make-up loosens from bristles
- Rinse under warm running water, gently spreading apart the bristles if needed
- Tap excess water off & squeeze water off gently with a towel
- Put in a cup with bristles up to dry.

I have seen other brands that cost $$$ and does the same job. This is affordable, eco friendly and does just as good a job as any expensive brands. Eco tools is hard to ignore.

I don't wear foundation, but I purchased this brush to use with my new-found love, BB Cream, because I want to avoid using my fingers (bacteria) or a makeup sponges (product-wasters). I had a difficult time but that might have been "user error"; the brush didn't spread the cream nearly as well as my fingers and I wound up having to use my hands anyway, which kind of defeated the purpose. Perhaps this brush only works well with heavier foundations as opposed to the lighter BB Creams? In any case, it didn't seem to work well for my intended purposes, but it's probably still a good brush for foundation users. Overall, I am a HUGE fan of the Eco Tools line of products!

I like using this better than makeup sponges for applying liquid foundation. Have seen others much more expensive but no more effective. Great value for the price. Infinitely reusable. Wash with warm, soapy water immediately after use and rinse well. Allow to air dry.

I bought the Eco Tools Bronzer brush and was really impressed with it, so I bought this brush as my old one was seeing better days. I love the concept of the company, and the products are the best ever. Price is reasonable, quality is great, and I am going to be picking other Eco Tools brushes.

This foundation brush is just okay. It's very flimsy ~ I think the bristles are too long. I haven't had any problems with streaking. However, I don't use this with liquid foundation. I have been using this with stick foundation only. It's easy to clean, doesn't shed and seems to work best to even out my foundation/concealer on and around my eyes. I think I will stick this in my purse for touch-ups so it doesn't go to waste.

I really cannot say enough about this brush. It's silky soft and the way the bristles are layered it's perfect for applying and then blending.

This brush really saved my face. I have a problem with flakes so I can't use a sponge or any other applicator for that matter. Following the suggested directions is really all you need for a perfect application. Use just the tip for application of foundation. I just use the tip to place evenly placed dots on my face. then, I go back and flatten the brush as I blend with short strokes. I can say that I havent noticed ONE flake that it's exaggerated. It really gives me a flawless even application when following the directions on the package. I love it. I will never use any other brush except for Eco tools.

This is the first foundation brush I've used. Thus I cannot compare this to the other more coveted & expensive make-up brushes.

I bought this because of the low price & I liked that it was organic & I liked the packaging.

I use this for my Revlon Colorstay foundation by dabbing it on all parts of my face then blending into my skin using the Ecotools foundation brush.

What I can say is, I absolutely cannot fault this brush even though this is my first brush.

The bristles are soft with a nice pointy tip for blending. It has not shed since (I've washed it about 5 times). It gives a flawless application on my face with absolutely no streaking.

A tip to prevent the hairs from ever coming out would be to dry your brush hanging downwards. You do not want soap/water to seep into the brush and loosening the glue that holds the hairs together.

Another great brush from Eco Tools. It's my new favorite and I own about five foundation brushes. I have been using it everyday , and I haven't had any problems with streaking. I don't use this with liquid foundation ~ I have been using this with stick foundation only. It is so soft on my super sensitive skin, and it makes the application of my stick foundation absolutely flawless.

It's easy to clean, and doesn't shed. Another great advantage is it's a perfect size for blending your foundation and concealer on and around your eyes. I think I will purchase another one to stick in my purse for quick touch-ups.

Highly recommend Eco Tools ~ They are a great products and a great value! A must have for every beauty bag...
