Comments about EcoSafe Compostable Bags, Kitchen Organics, 13 Gallon, 12 ea: I use these great bags for all indoor garbage cans and cat litter waste. These are an excellent replacement for non-compostable plastic bags to line a garbage can. I hate using regular plastic that ended up in the landfills. The Eco Safe bags hold up much better than other brands of compostables. I have used the large size in the yard with OK results. I do put a paper towel or cat litter on the bottom of the compost can and litter waste can to keep the moisture out. That works fine.

I use them for my regular trash and in my baby's diaper pail. They are strong, not like some other biodegradable bags i've tried, and work like any other trash bag. Comments about EcoSafe Compostable Bags, Kitchen Organics, 13 Gallon, 12 ea: this is not for kitchen garbage. its for composting. i made that mistake when buying this. it rips easily when ripping off one bag from another. it also doesn't hold sharp objects well (which it is not meant for). it can also rip down the side if you put too much in it. it also does not tie well.
