I have been using this dish soap for many years. A little goes a long way: it makes lots of suds, cuts grease, and rinses clean. I have also used it to wash hands and face when I ran out of hand soap. It doesn't have a strong scent and is made of natural ingredients, which is good for people with sensitivities. Highly recommended.

I THINK I like this. I certainly like the idea of it. It does seem to last a little longer in the dishwater than Dawn. I have no dishwasher, so I use it very often. I was hoping it would be easier on my hands - doesn't seem to be.

Somehow, this product manages to be the worst dishwashing liquid I have ever used. To do a small sinkful of dishes I need 5-7 squeezes - this soap barely has any suds or lasting power and cleans ridiculously poorly, especially on really greasy items. It simply does not wash off anything greasy in one go. As a result, I'll need to buy more dishwashing liquid after having purchased this just three weeks ago... and I was on vacation for one of those weeks.

And it's not as if I am new to the whole dishwashing game - I know how soap should work and this does not do its job. Every single dishwashing soap I have ever used in my life has been better than this product, from store-branded generics to Method to Mrs. Meyers. Not very eco-friendly if you have to use a lot of it to do dishes for a two-person household.

I have very sensitive skin, so I had to look for dish soap that did not dry my hands out, as well as clean efficiently. I have to say... thank the lord!... I mean... ecover. My hands are never dry with this product, and the dishes are very clean- (and clean means CLEAN to me).

Ecover dishwashing liquid (either fragrance) is the ONLY one I've purchased for the past 10 years. I prefer to hand wash my dishes but rarely take the time to put protective gloves on. Ecover is just as effective as the traditional dish soaps (Dawn, Palmolive, etc) however, it never leaves the skin on my hands dry or cracked like they did...especially in the winter. Moreover, the fragrance is not overpowering, like the others, so I don't get a headache from doing dishes!

It cuts grease, and works well on dishware and pots and pans.
The bottle lasts a while and I do dishes by hand every day.
The big plus is there are no harsh chemicals.

A good dish soap. I use it in a soap wand, so I have to add a little water to it, but not a big deal. Gets rid of the grease, but gentle enough to be used for laundaring cross stich projects. Gets out hard water stains too.
