Finally found pumpkin seeds with low salt! Pumpkin seeds are very good for you but I always had a problem with the high sodium levels with most brands. Not this brand. It also tastes good. I put these seeds on top of my salad every night.

I really LOVE these pumpkin seeds. In the past I went on several vacations to Mexico and these are called "pepitas" there, and are readily available. I couldn't find these for years afterwards here in the states, so I would roast our own pumpkin seeds. Then have to try to shell them...not an easy task, lol. But how convenient these are! Right out of the bag and shelled, perfectly salted too!!
It's a great alternative to chips or other "bad for you" snacks. I read another comment wherein someone stated that they were high in fat content. All nuts are high in fat content, but it's the GOOD kind of fats, not the artery-clogging kinds in a bigmac for example. These are tasty and good for you too!
So thankful Drugstore.com carries these. I just love this store!

I figured I'd give these a try as a change of pace to my usual sunflower seeds. However, they weren't nearly as flavorful or crunchy as I thought they would be. Fortunuately, for me, my boyfriend loved them and he ate most. I would only use again if I was to make my homemade "healthy" granola, but otherwise, I'll stick to my sunflower seeds or homemade roasted pumpkin (and other winter squash) seeds, even tho' they take alot of work!

I love these because they are shelled, I didn't even know you could purchase pumpkin seeds without the shell, they are very yummy, and less expensive than the same brand in stores.

Love that it's organic, one of the few things I am not allergic to, great for travel, reasonable price. The spicy ones are very spicy, if you like heat.
