This product has a divine smell and sliky texture. It applies evenly and makes your skin feel very soft. The lotion is a bit too slick for my oily face areas so I only use it on my face at night. I do use it on my hands, legs and chest and it worked nicely on keeping a new tattoo moisturized without making my skin break out!

I put this on, and it feels like its name, velvety! At first I only put it on during the night, as I thought it might be too heavy as a day cream. Now I put it on during the day as well and It's making putting on makeup so much easier. The only thing that put me off is the scent is a bit too strong for me, it doesn't smell bad but I prefer non-scented or light-scented. I usually go for high-end products which are nice and lightly scented. I will continue to use it and see if this will improve my skin quality overall.

I use Elizabeth Arden Velva Moisture Film, and have for many years, every day with my moisturizer and hope it never goes off of the market. It is my favorite product for mly face and no other cream comes close. It has helped me look years younger than my 70 years and I get compliments about my skin alll of the time (and I am in the sun a lot).

I shopped for this product w/my calculator, trying for least expensive. This bottle looks expensive, but it's enormous -- 5x bigger than most bottles of moisturizer! With such a big bottle I thought it would be just a sort of generic body lotion, but it's a truly lovely facial moisturizer

My Mom used this product for close to 50 years and even at 90+ people always commented on her lovely skin. I finally tried it and now I know why she loved it so much. It is light, not greasy, yet makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. I highly recommend it. Wish my Mom had made me try it years ago.

I have used this 2 and a half decades and this product lightly moisturizes and makes foundation apply evenly. I have tried others and they are pathetic in comparison. A little goes a long ways. I am 40 years old and I still get carded for alcohol. I beleive it is because of my Velva Moisture Film beauty secret.

Nice light moisturizer, softens skin. After reading all the reviews I was excited to try it, as it is a great value. The only problem is the smell -- I find it very strong and musty.

I use this daily, have used it for "many" years. I look young for my 63 years. This stuff is great. I have tracked it down since they stopped selling it at [...] then I went to [...] and now on line. I would be very unhappy if they didn't make it. I put it on everyday under my make up. My skin feels great, help make up glide. Product is not greasy Thank you EA.

I have used this moisture film for at least 30 years. I can no longer find it in the stores, so I started ordering it on line about 10 years ago. My skin does not feel right unless I am using this product. I am 56 years old and still get compliments on my skin. People always ask me what I use, and I tell them it is Skin Basics, Velva Moisture Film by Elizabeth Arden.

This moisturizer is very silky and smooth. It makes your face feel like you have given it a real gift. I have never had another moisturizer on my skin that is as perfect as this one is.
