This shampoo is super concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way. Use only a quarter-sized amount when you shampoo! Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply shampoo and work into a rich lather. (Note: A little extra water will boost the lather factor.) Rinse well. Repeat as needed.
