Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: The best for my teen daughters sensitive combo skin. Patchy dry skin and acne. She reacts to chemical sunscreens. This is worth the cost to keep her comfortable outside in California. Plan to reapply it if you go swimming or get your face sweaty. Just a small amount covers your whole face! Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: If by "clear," they mean red bumps will erupt across your face, then yes, it gave me clear skin. Otherwise, I had to ask a coworker if what I had was hives (never had that reaction before) and she informed me that yes, they were. What a disappointment! I just hope this stuff doesn't create new millia on my face. I honestly cannot believe the glowing reviews on here. Or that dermatologists recommend this stuff. Do they pay people to write those? My skin is not super-sensitive; I can even take the highet prescription of retin-A like a trooper, so I don't get what's causing the reaction. My face hasn't been this red, upset and out-of-control in ages. It looks like a mild chemical burn. If you try this, I'd advise trying it in a small spot before slathering all over. You may wind up regretting it. Pros

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: This is the first sunscreen I've used that does not make me break out. It absorbs into my skin, isn't greasy at all and makes my skin feel really smooth. It is well worth the money. Pros

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: This sunscreen lives up to it's claims. Most sunscreen's that claim they wont leave skin shiny or oily (even oil free ones) still leave skin with a shine. This product goes on clear, light, and does not leave any shine even by the end of the day.

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: My husband and I bought this to use whie on vacation in Hawaii and fell in love with it. This is our new favorite facial sunscreen. We both have combination/sensitive skin and suffer from occasional breakouts. This sunscreen did not cause us to break out at all. It felt super light, had no scent and rubbed in without leaving any white residue. The 1.7oz bottle provided us with over 20 face/neck applications and we still have more left. I haven't tried wearing it under make-up, but I would imagine that it would work well.

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: I have used many sunscreens and have bad acne. This one is made for acne users and is now my go to sunscreen for my face.

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: This product delivers full protection while managing to feel extra light. I apply every morning and forget that I have it on . Other facial sunscreens were heavy and would bug me and so I would end up not using them consistently. I wear this under Garnier BB Cream most days and it also works well with heavier make up. It hasn't aggravated my sensitive skin. I've reordered because it's worth the money. Thanks to my sis for the great recommendation!

Comments about EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Very Light Sunscreen, 1.7 oz: This is one of the few sunblocks that I will use. It is lightweight, adsorbs easily & quickly & leaves no greasy feeling on the skin. It is the best I've tried. Downside, it is not inexpensive.
