I take this product regularly. It does not make my stomach uneasy like some other vitamin products. Also, I find this flavor quite enjoyable compared to other flavors I have tried. I take Emergen-C daily as a preventive measure. Whenever I feel symptoms coming on, I double the dosage and add a regimen of three other items (herbal supplements) several times a day. In less than 2 days my cold is nipped in the bud. I do not and will not subject myself to a flu shot. Instead, I keep these items on hand. Emergen-C is tasty and it works!
