I find this product Has helped me in the fight against colds/sore throats. Also feel better than normal. My nails are growing better also. Apparently there is something in the Emergen-C that my body was lacking.

I am devoted to Emergen-C. It really does give you a burst of energy, and I am absolutely positive that it has done wonders for my immune system, and will continue to do so. I eat healthily, get enough sleep, take Emergen-C daily...and I never, ever, ever get sick.
I just tried this flavor for the first time and signed on specifically to say how much I like it! It's very tart and fruity, with very little vitamin-y taste. (My two other favorites are Super Orange and Pink Lemonade)
If you are considering trying Emergen-C but aren't sure, I urge you to do so! You'll be surprised by how good you'll feel almost immediately. It really does give me the extra boost I'm looking for.

Emergen C is great. I drink a packet each morning with my vitamin and I rarely get sick even with a cold. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I prefer other flavors.
