I was first introduced to this product by my daughter-in-law about two years ago. I was coming down with a cold when I arrived at my sons house in the country to cut firewood for the winter. She gave me a dose, and I started feeling relief immediately, and Cold never fully develoved. I have been taking ever since that day. It's a No-Brainer!

I have used this daily for over two years. I had only one mild cold in the past 20 months. Its convenient individual pouches make it great for traveling. Taking a supplement in liquid form (you mix with water) makes for better assimiliation, too. It works great for hang-over relief.

This is a great way to get your vitamin C. I mix in water, add ice and drink it down with my vitamins. Sometimes I drink it with my meal instead of water or something else.

I use it because others have said it works for them but for me the jury is still out on what it really does, beside cost a lot. I suppose it is the placebo effect that I am really getting some benefit from it to continue using it. I don't know that they have actual test results that proves what it does besides providing more vitamins and minerals.
