My daughter travels a lot for work and recommended Emergen-C. Now I begin drinking a packet with 8 oz of water for a few days before flying, during the flight, and just after the flight. I can travel now without coming home with a virus.

As a dietary supplement, take one packet 2 to 4 times a day. Place contents in a glass, add 4-6 oz. of water.
