I discovered this product in the late 1990s as a morning after cure for hangovers. Although I no longer consume alcohol, I continue to use this product occasionally when feeling foggy-headed. Not sure why, but it gives me extra energy and clears mental fatique.

A friend recommended this product as I was trying to build up my immune system after a severe bout with H1N1. The flavor was nice but it really did a number on my stomach. After 3 doses, I discontinued use and returned to pill form Vitamin C.
At the first sign of a sore throat/sinus pressure, I start my Emergen-C two to three times a day. It always seems to help me move through the "journey" of having a cold or sinus infection. I HIGHLY recommend and love this new flavor!!
I've been taking emergen-c off and on for several years. About 6 months ago I had serious issues with allergies/head cold that just would not go away. I always knew that vitamin c helps with colds, but I didn't realize that it might help with allergies. I ran across and article that said taking 2g or more of vitamin c has been shown to help alleviate allergy symptoms. I decided to give it a shot and figured emergen-c would be an easy way to go. Boy has it helped. I still take one allergy tablet a day along with 2 packets of emergen-c, and my allergy symptoms are drastically reduced. Also, I love the pink lemonade flavor and prefer drinking it warm/hot.
I have been using Emergen-C for years and tried many flavors. This is my favorite! It has so much more besides just Vitamin C. It even has electrolytes so can be used for rehydration after exercise, alcohol consumption, or sickness. I take it several times in a day if I feel a cold coming on and it seems to really help. I recommend you rinse your mouth with some plain water right after taking it so you minimize the acid on your teeth from the Vit. C.
I like lemonade so the flavor is prefect. Alot of people must like lemonade because it is out of stock often. I give it away to people at work, encouraging them to stay well.
