Every time I get the feeling that I'm coming down with a cold, like a scratchy throat, minor conjection, etc., I take this product and as of yet, I have NOT gotten the cold. I don't know how it will work for everybody, but for me, it nips it has always nipped it in the bud. Be careful to get the Immune+ type instead of just the vitamin C.

I am deployed and live in close quarters and work in close contact with people 24/7. I began taking this two weeks ago on a daily basis in hopes of thwarting any kind of sickness. So far, so good. I'v also noticed a decrease in congestion recently - there is A LOT of dust and dirt in the air, and I was waking up with a sinus headache every day. I think this is helping with it.

It tastes fine, is easy to take, convenient, and price isn't bad, so I will continue to take this year-round.
