I have arthritis in my feet, and taking glucosamine (a minimum of 1500 mg daily) has been helping. I also like the addition of 1000 mg vitamin C, which not only helps joints but has been helping me avoid colds this year. Some days I take 2000 mg of glucosamine, if I'm going to be very active that day. Taking glucosamine reduces the amount of pain relievers I have to take. A very useful tool in living better with arthritis. I recommend using this in addition to another source of glucosamine, since 3000 mg of vitamin C daily is too much for me.

I have arthritis in my hip and find that this product helps with the flexibility/comfort of the joint. Of course, it doesn't fix the hip ,but it does HELP. It is easy to take, swallow, and pack in your suit case. The taste is OK. I mix it with cold water. Nice to get the Vitamin C for immune support.

I first tried this product when my dad ordered some "by mistake." (He meant to order the regular tangerine flavor.) I found that it really helped my knee joints. I take it the morning with breakfast. It is a little too acidic for me to take by itself.
