Comments about Emergen-C Joint Health, Tangerine, 30 packets: I have arthritis in my feet, and taking glucosamine (a minimum of 1500 mg daily) has been helping. I also like the addition of 1000 mg vitamin C, which not only helps joints but has been helping me avoid colds this year. Some days I take 2000 mg of glucosamine, if I'm going to be very active that day. Taking glucosamine reduces the amount of pain relievers I have to take. A very useful tool in living better with arthritis. I recommend using this in addition to another source of glucosamine, since 3000 mg of vitamin C daily is too much for me. Pros

I found that it really helped my knee joints. I take it the morning with breakfast. It is a little too acidic for me to take by itself. Pros
