I am an avid user of this brand of products...I have been using Emergen-C for a few years now and swear by them and strongly believe that they help me not catch the cold/flu. I usually drink one or two a day and have tried almost all of the flavors and this is my favorite! It has a true flavor of the fruits and doesn't taste artificial. You have to try it!

Drink it like juice in the morning. Gives you a lot of energy for the entire day! Since its a liquid its getting absorbed better in your system versus a pill that has to break down.
