Now I am constantly 125lbs which is what used to be in my late 20 early 30. I am 48 and feeling great! Helps you sleep soundly, helps with hot flashes and mood swings. Love it! I saw a rapid improvement in skin appearance that other hand creams failed to provide. This is an unexpected secondary benefit.
