It's best on peach fuzz, but with some patience, it catches the tough hairs too. I also use it on the back of my hands. After using it (almost daily) it takes less time to go after the strays that just can't be caught. Upper lip hair removal is much easier now. It's a different system than shaving. You can't have the same criteria for success, and clearly, I save time with it I feel bad for the people who hate theirs. I think you have to adapt to it and adjust your expectations (not lower them), and then its a great tool. Even with shaving and waxing, its hard to catch every hair. It's good if you are looking to remove a couple hairs otherwise you will be there for awhile.. Using tweezers always left swollen irritated areas because it is difficult to remove the small hairs with tweezers. Product is painless. Although I have to be careful, it does what it says it does, and I'm really glad I bought it. I just wish it came with a storage case. Service and delivery comments: Timely arrival in good condition. Customer service was first class. I wish all the companies that I have done business with on line were as customer care conscious as Drugstore.com. Bravo! Cons Best Uses Comments about Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T, 1 ea: Although I haven't used Tweeze for very long, it's great for my upper lip and individual hair removal on my cheeks. Anyone who doesn't think this works better than tweezing hair one at a time just isn't handy with mechanical things. Try it; you'll like it! I purchase one a few years back and when my house burned down I knew that was one of the things that had to be replaced. So now I'm on my second one and I'm referring it to my friend. It is small, easy to use, and it get the job done just like when your using the little manual tweezers. Now some cons are, It do hurt if your not use to having your hair twee-zed, it's kind of loud but it shouldn't wake anyone, also if you don't buy rechargeable triple A batteries you are probably going to have to keep plenty around the house. but other than that, I LOVE IT!
