I was quite disappointed in this item. Barely a hair was removed. Where a hair was removed, there were nicks in my skin.

This was my first time with an epilator, and this one is painful. I'm hoping that it gets better over time. It doesn't grab the hairs above my lip at all! Misses some hairs on my legs, but does a great job under the arms.

This is my first epilator, I have been using it for a couple of months now, once a week, mainly on my forearms. I tried waxing and creams and various things, but it was a mess and left me with redness and patches where hair was not removed. This epilator is a great solution: very easy to use, not irritating even when going over the same area repeatedly and it gets all the hairs. It really doesn't hurt at all, maybe a little tingly but I actually like it. I use it on my chin and upper lip occasionally too and again, no irritation or redness. It is battery powered but the batteries are lasting well and still going strong. There's no cord to get in the way, which is nice. The price is great too, can't beat that, some of these gadgets are very expensive. Really happy with this epilator so far.
