It is just as I remember. Easy to use, but with messy results after the act. As it melts, the lubricating effects are *sometimes* helpful, but most times excessive. Leaves you with a mucous-like discharge even after showering. I suggest wearing a pantyliner the next day. And yes, it does cause a burning sensation to some people. I was nervous using this product because most lubes and Vaginal Contraceptive tend to burn me and sometime make me swell abit but Just like the instruction it was very easy to use ,not to uncomfortable and didnt burn me at all. I did become heavily lubed which does cause leakage during intercourse nothing a few towel couldnt fix. Also during intercorse my hubby did say it felt really warm but nothing to intense well until afterwards I showered and he went to pee when i heard him shout in pain..I felt so bad for him he was in soooo much pain for almost a hour afterwards..he was red and very infammed. I still cant believe he wasnt in tears. So maybe its an allergic reaction or something but we will not be using this product again for the sake of his member. It functions as a lubricant as well and the sensation is not that unpleasant for me - I actually enjoy it, but I do have to give it a good 40 minutes to 1 hour to fully dissolve. My partner did complain of a stinging sensation after however, and he did say that urinating was torturous until it wore off the next day.  Pros

I don't know if the previous 4 even worked or if I just wasn't fertile at the time! Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Yes as the other reviews read they are kinda messy giving off a warming senstation; however, I didn't experience burning and neither did my partner. Pros

Comments about Encare Vaginal Contraceptive Inserts, 12 ea: I read the other reviews about how the burning might be an allergic reaction and I want to tell people that I don't think it is. The first 6 or so times my boyfriend and I used this product, it was great. We both liked the warming sensation and neither of us felt any discomfort. Then, one day it started to really burn him and he was in so much pain for about 10 minutes. I felt so bad. It was fine all the other times so it couldn't have been an allergy. We figured it must've just been pushed too far up his urethra that time, who knows. To be on the safe side a condom should be used with it. So there's some risk involved but other than that, it's a pretty good product. Pros

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME USING THE PRODUCT. NEVER GOT IRRITATED OR ITCHY. SO FAR SO GOOD. WILL CONTINUE USING IT. LADIES, BE SMART AND HAVE THE MAILE WEAR A CONDOM. Comments about Encare Vaginal Contraceptive Inserts, 12 ea: My husband and I have used this a few times now, we both hate condoms so it seemed like an awesome alternative, and it was the first few times even though it was a bit messy, still better... until this morning... we both started feeling uncomfortable during, and after when we went to pee, FIRE. I have had a few UTIs and this is by far the worst, if thats what it is.I just hope this doesn't last for too long. We will never ever again use this product! Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Encare Vaginal Contraceptive Inserts, 12 ea: This is easier and less messy than foam and does not have side effects unlike other methods. If you watch your cycle and pay attention to when you ovulate then use a condom it will make it more effective. Although I have never done this and still never gotten pregnant when using this product. It is not dire for me to not have another baby though so I am not super concerned about it. |
