I am nearing 70 and know I do not always eat right. By drinking Ensure once a day I know I am getting my mineral substances that I need plus I feel full which helps in the weight department. My favorite flavors are the Chocolate, Butter Pecan and I really like the Coffee Latte for a change and will drink this sometimes in the evening since real coffee keeps me awake.
