Ensure tasted great and it wasnt gritty. Boost shakes were disgusting and Slim Fast made me go to the bathroom and was gritty- these gave me the nutrition I needed but they were also yummy compared to the other brands. Studies indicate a link between high manganese intake and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson's, while such high intake has no apparent health benefits. Be careful when using, however, because there is Vitamin E in it and that is an issue when preparing for surgical procedures. All in all it will continue to be used as a aid in maintaining the immune system. It is a little pricey. Pros
