Because of grueling radiation treatment I had on my neck, I can no longer swallow solid foods. Ensure saves my life. I love the taste of the vanilla - like no other supplemental drink. I can see where it would also serve as a great energy-booster. I can definitely tell a difference if I miss my mid-morning "snack!"

I drink one right before heading to work, and it makes a huge difference! Packed with vitamins and protein to help you go about your business, with more energy. I've used it as a meal replacement, and despite the fact I have a big appetite, it's quite filling!

this is great! and imagine you are in a hurry and hungry: you cannot ask for a tastier, faster and healthier drink/meal. I was really impressed by this product, so that I'm buying again ;) usually the taste of these highly protein drinks is always handicapped, BUT NOT this one!!

Ensure plus does its job by getting you calories fast. I use it because I'm trying to gain a few pounds and it works. It's also full of vitamins, omega-3s, and other good stuff. The taste is a little fake-y, though I've gotten used to it and now I like it!
