Helps greatly with hot flashes. Also use Remifemin Sleep at night. Would give 5 stars if hot flashes disappeared completely.

Just as described on the box, it took about 3 weeks to kick in,but once it did, the hot flashes stopped! I took 2/day until it started to work, and then I switched to only 1/day and it is doing the job.

I am taking alot of other medications for Lupus and was concerned about using this. But I'm so glad that I did. I already have lack of sleep due to pain in my body and having hot flashes/night sweats wake me up every 23-25 mins each night, I felt like I was at the end of my rope. At first I thought darn I have to wait 4-12 wks to see results - not true. After week 1 the sweating was down by 85%, after week 2 it was completely gone and I had gained some sleep time back. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I began taking the product to get relief from the hot flashes I was experiencing. Within 2 weeks of starting my twice-daily regiment, I was experiencing fewer hot flashes. Now instead of sometimes experiencing multiple hot flashes per hour, I only experience a few a day. Sometimes I experience so few hot flashes, that I don't even recall that I did.

I only gave it one star because I just started taking this a few weeks ago, I believe it is too early to see the effects. I am hoping that my hot flashes will eventually diminish or go away. Not effective yet, keeping my fingers crossed!

This product works better for me at night than the night time version of Remifemin. I take 1 at night & 1 in morning. More affordable than the night time version of Remifemin too.

I took 1 tab a.m. and 1 tab p.m. helped some, but not entirely. Read The Perfect Menopause book by Dr. Henry M.Hess, M.D.,PH.D and he said you can take at least 2 tabs a.m. and 2 tabs p.m. so I did and that made all the difference for my hot flashes!

I am 53 years old have been using this product for the past 3 years. I started using it after having a couple of night sweats and since I began using it I have not had any more night sweats, nor have I had any other of the typical menopause symptoms. This stuff works for me!
