I have been taking resveratrol in this formula for about 6 months now. Friends have asked me what I have done differently to my skin, and this is the only thing I have changed. I have been walking 4 miles a day for a year & a half and I think the addition of this product has helped me past that last 10 pound plateau. I can't say for sure, but the last 10 pounds were not going any where. And I hadn't changed my exercise, so I'm gonna swear by this stuff!

Amazing stuff!! I have been taking it for 3 months and I feel a lot better. Just an overall better aurora of good feeling without the morning aches and kinks. Plus my blood pressure has gone down to where I do not take the Norvasc anymore.
