Take at the beginning of the meal and digestion problems go away. Works for lactose intolerance with Lactaid doesn't.

I have suffered with a chronic cough for over 4 years. Doctors couldn't figure out the cause , only guessed. After reading a significant amount of reviews online I came to the conclusion that perhaps I was suffering from indigestion and that although I didn't realize or feel it, I was suffering from acid reflux. Combined with daily probiotics, I started taking digest gold about 4 months ago and I can honestly say it's made a world of different. My cough is completely under control and I feel much better. My whole system has changed for the better.

I would have given the product a perfect 5 however. It's a little costly ,,, absolutely worth it though!

It's not cheap, but Digest Gold really works to help me digest. I am a vegetarian with acid reflux so I take one pill with whatever meal I think will be hard to digest. It eliminates bloating and pain. Also I believe it helps my body to use the nutrients from the food I eat more efficiently.

Couple years ago I had thyroid problem, no longer able to digest very well, my metabolism wasn't working well either, kept gaining weight. With Digest Gold, it helps me to digest my food quicker and I've noticed loss of weight. I don't feel sluggish and tired, have more energy and don't feel bloated after eating a meal, especially if I ate something harder to digest, like meat. Over the last 2 years, I have tried other digest / probiotic products, I found Digest Gold, so far this is the best one to use.
