Everyone must either wash their hands or use the sanitizer before holding him. I love this product because it smells so wonderful- not at all like the icky alcohol smell of Purell, etc. I keep a bottle in the nursery, as well as a trial size bottle in the diaper bag, to use after diaper changes.
