Excellent gel for wavy hair! At the time of this review, it was both vegan and gluten-free. It smells great and is gentle and cruelty-free. Just be sure to apply sparingly; sometimes it takes a few days of practice to apply the right amount. Highly recommended!

I recently read the book Curly Girl and have been trying out different organic/natural products for my hair that are free of sulfates (very drying), silicones, alcohols and parabens. This products is amazing! It smells fantastic and has perfect hold for my very dry, very curly hair. I purchased an entire line of EO hair products - shampoo, conditioner, pre-shampoo and styling cream for my dry curly hair. I love every single product.

NOTE: If you do use a bit too much and get the crunchy effect, just very lightly scrunch hair up towards the roots to release the "gel cast" ONLY after hair is completely dry. Your curls will look AMAZING, trust me!!

i love EO products and love that they're expanding their line but this product while it does it's job well and holds curls leaving them bouncy and shiny and not sticky (as long as you use just a dab and apply it quickly and all over while your mane is wet but no longer dripping, when it's porous and going to soak the product in) the fact is the coconut and vanilla scent is strong and i had a swarm of bugs around my head as soon as i stepped outside. why not use scent that are known repellents like cedarwood or rosemary? lack of foresight EO!
Apply to wet or day hair, working through curls. For best results work Tame Curl Control Gel through wet, freshly washed hair in small sections with fingers from root to tips.
