I've never been a big shave cream user, but I decided to try this one and I love it because its not overly thick. If you want one that is, this isn't the item for you. This feels like a thick lotion, but it does the job. I only need 2-3 pumps to cover each leg and its sufficient. It does clog up the razor a tad, but what shaving potion doesn't?! It feels great afterward, no nicks or bumps. I probably don't even have to moisturize, but I do anyway out of habit. I love the packaging but it does seem that the last 1/5 of the lotion is so thick it gets stuck at the bottom, not ideal. I love the fact that its natural/organic too. Can't beat it for the price.

I have very dry skin and this moisturizes my skin so well. This does not foam and is a light lotion so a little goes a long way. After shaving I don't really need to apply a lotion or body butter. It has a nice light scent so will not compete with perfume. I like that it is not a can that rusts and makes marks on my tub. I have not had a problem with my razor. Just follow the directions as you really don't need to over apply this product toget good results.

I love the eos trademark rubbery feel of the container! Metal-free so it won't rust. Unlike most shave creams and gels, when the pump stops pumping, it unscrews to reveal plenty more product. This means less waste, and also makes it easier to rinse out which means easier to recycle. Aside from the A+ packaging, this cream leaves my legs super moist, protects them from cuts, and I don't find that it clogs my razor any more than other creams do. I definitely prefer it to the Skintimate latherless shave cream which made a mess of my razors and a layer of scum on my body and tub that is nearly impossible to remove. Try this!

I bought this to try it [...] I'm pretty disappointed with the shaving cream. It smells great and I get as decent a shave as with anything else, but it clogs my razor, my husband said it made his face feel greasy, and after a week or so, with plenty of product left, the pump ceased working and I had to resort to unscrewing the tub and plopping the product into my hand. No thanks!

I bought this product on sale, and now I wish I'd bought more. This is a NON-LATHERING cream, but works like a charm! My husband has even "borrowed" it, and I've noticed a much closer shave on him, too. It really does work wet or dry, which is perfect for a quick touch-up before going out. I love this product!

Both myself and my fiance use this product. You can use it out of the shower without water and it wont irritate skin. We love it! The sent is good but it dosnt last as long as normal lotion does so i gave it 4 stars, it is alittle more expensive than other products but it works the best!

I have, of course, been shaving for years. I've tried all of them, from the traditional creams (like Barbasol's women's line), to the foaming gel-creams from Skintimate and Gillette's Satin Care. I wouldn't really call any of these products bad, but they don't work well for me personally. The way they are formulated sometimes stings my skin even when it isn't nicked (and the skin on my legs is not sensitive). I've tried shaving using bar soap as a lubricant, my beloved Aveeno body wash, and even hair conditioner from Garnier & Tressemme.Then, I discovered that EOS had a shave cream. I didn't really realize that it wasn't a foamer until I had already bought it and opened the bottle to smell it.

It smells WONDERFUL. Not overly perfumed like some of the other things. It has a great consistency and it isn't sticky. My boyfriend can use this to shave his face if he is out of his shaving cream because while it does definitely have a girly smell when being used, it does not linger. It does not irritate his skin, either.

I use 2-3 pumps per leg, as the bottle suggests. This gives me a thin, even coating of shave cream. Yes, you should still be able to see your skin! This is not a product that you should have a thick, opaque barrier over your leg. As far as complaints of it rinsing off easily...I have not experienced any issue as compared to any other particular shave product--if you shave in the shower, angle the head so it isn't right on your legs, or yes, you will have to reapply. This isn't a problem with the product so much as technique.

I'm really torn about this shaving cream. It smells amazing, if I use a very generous amount I get a really nice close smooth shave, and have beautifully scented and smooth moisturized legs afterwards...sounds great right. I have to use at least 5 pumps per leg for this to even be anywhere near functional. The product is what I'd call pre-whipped. Very stiff and thick, and has a pump dispenser. It does not settle. Once I shave about ten times or less, I've used up all the product the pump can reach and I have to open the top and pound the bottle on my hand or add water and shake to retrieve more(probably 50-75% of entire product left after pump fails to deliver.)
It needs to be in a squeeze tube. This type of shaving cream just does.
I also normally enjoy a thicker cream on the leg because I can tell where I've shaved, you know, because the cream is missing. This is so thin I can't tell where I've shaved and haven't.
I've repurchased a second one just because the smell and actual product is pretty much pure bliss, but don't think I'll get a third unless the packaging is redesigned. It's a lot of trouble and fiddling for a shave.

I always struggled with horrible razor burn on my legs from shaving them, and I tried multiple shave creams that promised to keep my legs razor burn free. But, when looking for a new cream to try, EOS shave cream caught my eye. I wasn't expecting this cream to be any different than the previous creams I tried, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The first time I used the EOS shave cream I did not develop any razor burn, which rarely happened to me before I used EOS. The bottle also said it could be used without water, so I tried it without and still did not develop razor burn.
