This product does what it's supposed to do. It is small and doesn't cover a large area, but it works just fine. Does not hurt but there is a slight "ouch" factor, sort of like plucking your eyebrows. I will happily tolerate it because I have cut myself for the last time with a razor!! I used it over 3 days on both legs to get every hair. When I used it on my arms, I didn't have any pain or "ouch" at all (don't know why, but I'm not complaining) For the price, it's worth it. P.S. I am 56.

It never worked. I went on a long holiday so I only opened it when I came back. I finally decided to try it out and it never ended up working. I tried plugging it in several times and even left it to come back and try again. The charging light wouldn't even come on. I'm more than disappointed. It was too late to send it back. I never would have thought that they would send me a broken product.

I received this item in a box that was already opened before and it was not working either so do not order if you would like to save your money.I called customer service and guess what ? they do not rufund your money they give you store credit even that the error was theirs. The box was not sealed nor did it have any instructions nothing, Bad customer service .

Okay, I've never left a review on anything I've ever bought but I felt like I couldn't let this one go by. I've used the original Epilady for a REALLY long time. It was painful and I usually couldn't complete a whole leg all at one time. I also couldn't use it for my underarms. I just got this today and couldn't wait to try it. It was awesome!! I know a lot of people complain about the pain but this one is virtually pain free compaired to the original. I was even able do my underarms and they look as good as they did when I had them waxed. I hate shaving so this is going to be awesome. Pluckig the hair lasts so much longer than a shave and the hairs come back finer. The cost is super and I love the compact design.

You have to be light to the touch. No pressure as if you were shaving. It pulls the hairs out painlessly and effortlessly. Perfect for underarms. I even use it on my bikini line.

I use it dry. it doesn't feel too strong but it does the job. So i am satisfied with it.

Ordered this about two months ago. My first epilator. Works well, very happy. Small model is probably best for arms, or areas with lighter hair. Although I have used it for legs as well, it just takes a long time because this is a small unit. Even so, it removed the VERY course hairs on my legs. Tips: Don't push down onto the skin too hard, let the tweezers do the work. short strokes made in a circular pattern remove the hairs best. Change the direction of the epilator based on the direction of hair growth.

It can irritate the skin. You have to use a light touch, short strokes,
and go over the same area a couple of times to catch the hairs on
your face or arms. But the regrowth of the hairs is longer than I
expected.
