Use after every hand wash. One drop is enough to cover both hands. It leaves a very soothing covering on the skin that lasts til the next handwashing. It helps to control eczema. I keep a tube at work, a tube in my purse and another tube at home.

My daughter has severe eczema. Her pediatrician has said it is the worst case he's seen in his practice. After trying every elimination diet and natural remedy with no success, we finally relented and put her on prescription topical medications to prevent recurring skin infections. We started using the Soothing Cream and the texture of her skin has improved dramatically. We've been able to cut her prescription med use in half and her skin is better now than before. It truly is an amazing product and has done wonders for my daughter's quality of life.

I really like this cream. I use it on my 4yr old for his exzema and dry skin as well as on myself for some dry skin areas. It works really well and is non-greasy. Great product!

This product is not thick or greasy. The bottle says it all when it describes the cream as silky. The fragrance is subtle which is a must when applying products to children.

My 2 year old has dry skin patches here and there (not sure if it is technically eczema), but this cream didn't really solve the issue. It feels nice and doesn't have a real noticeable smell, which I like. But, I will keep looking for a cream that dos a better job at solving the dry skin issues.

Great cream - non greasy so the kiddo's won't slip out of your arns and it absorps fast. I love that Episencial manufactureres with solar power too and that it's BPA free.
