Stop use and ask a doctor if rectal bleeding occurs or you fail to have a bowel movement after use of laxative. These may indicate a serious condition. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I adjust the dosage as needed, and since I suffer from constipation, I take at least a full glass of water with a dose.
I also take Equalactin in combination the Digestive Advantage IBS. These and regular doses of plain Metamucil can keep me symptom free. Now if managing stress were that easy!
I've tried Align, but ended up with bad side effects after a promising start.
Now I don't want to be without Equalactin and hope the manufacturer continues to offer it.

After reading all the positive reviews, I was very disappointed to find that this didn't work for me. I have IBS with chronic constipation and diarrhea and this hasn't helped either condition, unfortunately.

I've suffered with Irritable Bowel for years. This really works well to keep me from having loose or clogged bowels every day! Love it! Best thing I've ever tried for IBS, and I've tried dozens of things!

I have recommended this product over and over again to anyone who will listen. It really works. It doesn't matter whether you have constipation or diarrhea, it will fix it. This medication should be number one on everyones list for correcting an imbalance in the lower tract. IBS sufferers can benefit from its help. I've used it for years and cannot understand why it isn't on every pharmacy shelf.

I take one when my stomach starts to feel...not right (cramping, pain, dicomfort). It prevents diarrhea and alleviates my symptoms. It's the only products that has ever worked for me.

Very effective for long term use to treat chronic irritable bowel syndrome. Equalizes the water in the bowel, so controls diarrhea and aids in treating constipation. May cause side effects for some. Chewable, rather chalky taste, lemon-lime flavor, better so no choking on (other brand) Fiber-Con tablets. Useful for children with Spina Bifida.
