this product worked initially & then stopped working the first day.almost 2 weeks and unable to get manuf to respond with return authorization. i would stay away from this product/manuf
When I first received it it was a little difficult in tapping it on. Now after 6 weeks it comes on when I tap hard and sometimes not at all. If I step on it the same thing happens. Very inconsistent. I contacted Drugstore.com and they referred me back to Escali. All I get when I call Escali is an answering machine and no response back. Drugstore.com tried to contact them as well with no response. I guess I wasted [$]. I recommend not buying Escali products- poor customer service and a poor product as well.
I bought this scale a couple months ago and have found it to be very accurate. It is attractive and modern so we leave it out all the time. It shows the weight in pounds and tenths of pounds so it is very helpful when dieting.
