The next day I took two pills, and still nothing. I don't know if it's just me, but this does not seem to work. Well, I take care of my 87 year old Mother who has a plethora of health issues, thus, constipation big time. I just put one of these in with her night meds and she had two BM's the next day and everyday thereafter. I had two samples, so now I am ordering 2 boxes. I may try them myself. I give her Myralax, prunes, mineral oil and Colace and I might get one small BM every couple days.So far, I think the 'frog' has her poop hopping...LOL Pros

I had major surgery recently, and I am taking several meds that cause irregularity. I took one pill a day for 4 days (the size of the sample), and by the 2nd day I was regular. By the 4th day I felt completely "myself," and I am ordering more immediately. I plan to take this daily -- at least as long as I am on the other meds. Pros
