It does have caffeine so you'll probably want to lay back a bit on your regular caffeine intake. Eating right and exercising are obviously something everyone should pay attention to and this or any product should be used as a supplement and not a cure all.
I've tried several products and this is the only one I've found to help me accelerate weight loss, decrease irritability and it doesn't give me jitters...
I've gone down a size with one more to go. EstrinD is a great product for me.

I get migraines sometimes, and after I started taking this for about a week, I woke up with a severe migraine with extreme vomiting and diarreah which lasted all day. I didn't realize this Estrin-D caused it until the next week when I started taking it again, and again got a severe migraine and had to drive home from work stopping on the side of the road to throw up, and was out of commission for the rest of the day. I haven't taken it since, and have had no more of those debilitating headaches. Definitely check the ingredients and make sure they won't afftect you this way before purchasing. I wish there was a money back guarantee.

I take one pill a half hour before breakfast and lunch every day and it really helps curbs my appetite, and I don't have the hot flashes like I use to. I really love it.

I took as directed, noticed no weight loss and made me feel awful, shaking, headaches and "not myself". Just didnt like how I felt taking it. Noticed I was very aggravated all the time.

I have used this product for years and firmly believe that it provides the extra boost of energy that I need throughout my day. I have experimented with discontinuing use and notice a definite difference in energy level when I have not taken the Estrin-D.

After reading the reviews of others, I was excited about this product. I have been struggling with weight gain since menopause. I took 2 capusules in the morning before breakfast... had some mild indegestion but not too bad. Did not take any more until about3:30 PM. I was getting hungry and wanted to go workout before dinner, so I took 2 more. Within 30 min. I started with a pain in my jaw, which by the time I got home at 5:15 was a raging headache. I am not prone to headaches and have never had anything like this. I had to lay down. I fell asleep for a short time and did manage to get up to eat dinner at 7 PM but by 10 PM the jaw/headache was severe again. When I woke up this morning, the pain was still there. I have been taking mega doses of ibuprophen to keep it tolerable so I can work today. I have never had anything like this before. I looked at the ingredients on the product and it is MEGA doses of Caffiene and caffiene 'like' product... whatever that means. I think this product could be dangerous. I feel like I have wasted my money because I will never take another of these pills. I dont like pain in my head, and this was a dibilitating pain. I could not function. I am hoping and praying this will pass soon. Yes! I am NOT hungry, but its not worth the headache/jawache that comes with it!!!!!!!! I will just keep on trying to manage my weight the old fashioned way, eat less and regular workouts. At least that doesn't hurt so bad.

This product did absolutely zero for me. Did not increase energy or curb appetite. I am usually pretty sensitive to caffeine or stimulants and I didn't notice any changes when taking this product.

This product does exactly what it says it will do. It helps eliminate or reduce substantially cravings and hunger.
