After reading the reviews of others, I was excited about this product. I have been struggling with weight gain since menopause. I took 2 capusules in the morning before breakfast... had some mild indegestion but not too bad. Did not take any more until about3:30 PM. I was getting hungry and wanted to go workout before dinner, so I took 2 more. Within 30 min. I started with a pain in my jaw, which by the time I got home at 5:15 was a raging headache. I am not prone to headaches and have never had anything like this. I had to lay down. I fell asleep for a short time and did manage to get up to eat dinner at 7 PM but by 10 PM the jaw/headache was severe again. When I woke up this morning, the pain was still there. I have been taking mega doses of ibuprophen to keep it tolerable so I can work today. I have never had anything like this before. I looked at the ingredients on the product and it is MEGA doses of Caffiene and caffiene 'like' product... whatever that means. I think this product could be dangerous. I feel like I have wasted my money because I will never take another of these pills. I dont like pain in my head, and this was a dibilitating pain. I could not function. I am hoping and praying this will pass soon. Yes! I am NOT hungry, but its not worth the headache/jawache that comes with it!!!!!!!! I will just keep on trying to manage my weight the old fashioned way, eat less and regular workouts. At least that doesn't hurt so bad.

This product did absolutely zero for me. Did not increase energy or curb appetite. I am usually pretty sensitive to caffeine or stimulants and I didn't notice any changes when taking this product.

This product does exactly what it says it will do. It helps eliminate or reduce substantially cravings and hunger. It gives me the right amount of energy and helps me get through my work day with ease. I've been using this product for a few years and have nothing but good to say about it. I get migraines sometimes, and after I started taking this for about a week, I woke up with a severe migraine with extreme vomiting and diarreah which lasted all day. I didn't realize this Estrin-D caused it until the next week when I started taking it again, and again got a severe migraine and had to drive home from work stopping on the side of the road to throw up, and was out of commission for the rest of the day. I haven't taken it since, and have had no more of those debilitating headaches. Definitely check the ingredients and make sure they won't afftect you this way before purchasing. I wish there was a money back guarantee.

I take 1 capsule between meals to eliminate snacking and overeating. I have found I can eat 3 sensible meals a day and not experience hunger through out the day or the evening. I always knew how I wanted to eat and the number of calories I wanted to consume on a daily basis, but could NEVER get past the hunger pains. I just needed a little help.

For me it works best on an empty stomach. I have no side effects, but I always have one or two cups of coffee daily. I always keep an extra one on me in case I can't get to lunch or dinner at my normal time. It kills the hunger within 15 minutes and prevents me from overeating when I do get to a meal.

I do not use this product everyday. As a matter of fact I use it every other day and I find that my energy level is very good, but not hyperactive...Just keeps me at a good healthy level of having less fatigue and it does help me curb the munchies. I discovered this product a few backs and very glad that I did. It works for me.
