There are at least 30 days in a month. Why can't they make the product with at least 30 tablets. Why is it every time a product is marketed to help a woman feel better, it has to be so expensive. Taking the one caplet did nothing for me, while taking the two caplets worked great for me. I even noticed that my blood pressure, which all of the sudden has become elevated due to my changes, dropped to normal, whereas the one caplet a day didn't have any effect on my blood pressure. I started with the twice daily maximum strength, which was replaced with the once daily version. After the switch to the once daily, my hot flashes came back. I tried splitting the tablet so I could take morning and evening, but the pills are impossibly difficult to break in half. I don't want to take two a day, so I am going to see if I can find a similar product that still has a twice daily dose. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? At my worst, I was having 100 hot flashes daily....one every 15 minutes. Even prescription HRT only reduced them to 20 daily. After 11 years of hot flashes, I am still having 20 daily. But if I don't take Estroven I notice a big difference...more flashes, poorer sleep, irritable mood. I highly recommend this wonderful product. He said several of his patients had good success with it. I've been taking this for several months with MUCH success--as long as I remember to take it! When I do, my hot flashes and mood swings are under control. When I forget, I notice it! For me, this product is a GREAT help! Well worth trying if you're suffering from menopause symptoms! I was having app. 5 intense flashes a day and I did not want to resort to HRT.Based upon other reviews decided to give this a try. The flashes stopped almost immediately. My doctor took me off HRT when the studies came out linking it to heart disease and other negative health effects. I tried a lot of products to control the miserable hot flashes and other menopause symptoms. This works better than any other I've tried if I take it twice daily.
