She would scratch herself raw from it, even in her sleep. Her doctor prescribed an ointment for it but she didn't like to use it because it goes on greasy & never seems to absorb so it's uncomfortable under her clothes. She did not even want to try this lotion, so I rubbed it on for her and she was so happy with it, she now asks me where it is! That is amazing because I had to fight with her to use the one from the doctor. Now she is sleeping better, has no raw skin and likes to tell me how soft her skin is now! Great product! They reccemended the Eucerin body wash and lotion, so I am going to use it, I have very dry skin,they say it leaves a nice soft velvety feel on your skin when you are finished. It penetrates under the top part of your skin to leave your skin soft all day. Using after a shower, and at bedtime is so well worth it. As soon as I rubbed the Calming Cream into my hands most of the dryness improved. Although it did not get rid of my cracked skin, I think if I used it reguraly it would eliminate it. It breaks the skin, and then takes forever to heal. I'd been using baby oil after my showers to keep it from happening this winter to no avail.
