Save your money, takes a while to set up and then you cannot easily move it from location to location because the base it filled with water. When you punch it the unit takes forever to come back up to an upright position to take another punch unless you set it up in front of the wall. Then you have to listen to it hitting the wall during the entire session.

The first one that came already had a hole in it. I ordered a replacement, used it for 3 days and then it deflated all by itself because it somehow has another hole.

My daughter and a friend were just using the bag the other day to get out their frustration (these are two 14 year olds who are pretty tall and strong). They were just punching the heck out of this bag and the bag stayed strong, no leaks, no tears - not so far. I think this will be a good multi use bag!

Filling it with air and water was fine, but it wouldn't stand up straight. It was crooked and wouldn't straighten out, no matter how much more air or water I put in it. I had to put it against a wall so it would bounce back towards me instead of leaning over. I poured the water out and let my dogs have fun tearing it up.

This punching bag is great!! Makes working out fun, and it's also great for reducing stress...the only bad thing about this bag is that is doesn't hold air for very long and you will have a slow leak somewhere.
