This particular EMJ product is likely not for everyone. While I find the product to be great as it provides protection for sensitive skin while allowing a close shave, the most common complaint is that it does not lather well.

If you do not mind a "thicker" cream, or are specifically looking for a low lather formula, this is the cream for you.

This stuff works good. I used Aveeno prior to this. This allows a close shave without making my face feel like I scraped it with a razor. I will only use this moving forward. Glad I tried it.

I bought this for my husband because if he uses a regular shaving cream that clogs pores, we both end up breaking out. We were both using Aveeno and were very happy with it, but this site stopped selling it and so did every drug store I've been to. This was the only one that said it wouldn't clog pores and was unscented (I can't stand the smell of other shaving creams).

Unfortunately, despite it's good points, it clogs his razor, doesn't lather, and makes a huge mess in the sink. The company does have shaving cream in cans, but it doesn't say that it won't clog pores and I don't want to take a chance. The second we find some Aveeno shaving gel again, this stuff is going in the trash.

This is more like a thick, smooth gel. If you want a foaming cream, you're better off getting the Every Man Jack Shave Gel. The names seem off. That being said, I love all the EMJ products, this included. It gives a smooth shave all over and leaves my skin feeling great. Fragrance free is a huge plus as I'm sensitive to fragrances and it's extremely hard to find products like this w/o irritating perfumes.

useless with shaving brush. wont lather with hands very well either. i ended up washing it off and using soap.

i was using toms of maine shaving cream which was great but they dont make it anymore.

For years I have used high priced shave creams. the last being Anthony Logistics. Why pay 5 times the price when you can have the best, comfortable shave for such a great price. Thank you Jack!
