I use this product when I'm on the Atkins diet to relieve severe constipation. Was told by doctor to use another product but used for two days and it didn't work. Took ex-lax the next morning I had a bowl movement. After 4 days of no bowl movement you get sick and desperate.Ex-lax always works for me.

I use this product as recommended; two pills and don't see any change. Actually I don't even feel it moving anything around. It may work if you use more than two pills, but this product isn't good for instant gratification.

This product provides me gentle relief from constipation side effects which result from pain management meds. Consistent and reliable, without discomfort or excessive fluid losses that other products can cause. I've tried them all, and I'll stick with this; and in the 90's packaging is a good value too. The outer coating is a great aid in swallowing if that is an issue.

I have been tempted to try other brands of laxatives mainly because this causes mild cramping (as with every stimulant laxative), but I always continue to use this because it works EVERY time and I know how long it is going to take to work so I am not caught off guard. Dependable is a good way to describe it. I will continue to use this and recommend it to others.
