Comments about Exederm Cleansing Baby Bath, 8 oz:

I suffer from MCS. I was using traditional body washes in the shower. They had my skin so irritated I needed the medical opinion of a surgeon. He suggested that I didn't need a graft to heal my split skin but instead to use perfume free, color-free and dye-free cleansing preparations. I found this at my local pharmacy and within two weeks I was seeing progress in healing my split and highly irritated skin. I am a 57 year old female and now use this product as my daily shower gel.

Comments about Exederm Cleansing Baby Bath, 8 oz:

I have seen a dramatic improvement in my little girl's eczema since starting to use the exederm products. I bathe her daily with the body wash and shampoo and then immediately rub her down with the intensive moisturizer.
I've tried Aveeno Baby eczema products, Aveeno oatmeal bath, and a few other "all natural" products, but none of them helped, and a few even made things worse.
It is a bit pricey, but OH SO WORTH the relief my baby gets. I love it so much I put it on auto ship and saved some money!

Comments about Exederm Cleansing Baby Bath, 8 oz:

I started out with California Baby Sensitive and then moved to California Baby Eczema. Both of those products worked much better than the typical baby wash you would buy like Baby Magic etc. After using California Baby Eczema I noticed that with more use it began to dry out my baby's skin so I switched to Aveeno baby wash. Aveeno was less drying, but her skin would get red patches after the bath that were itchy. After that I tried the Aveeno Oatmeal baby wash and that worked better than the previous baby wash, but it still caused some rash. I stumbled upon Exederm on Drugstore.com and decided to try it. So far she doesn't break out in a rash after her bath and it doesn't irritate her eyes. We've been using it for a few weeks along with the Exederm baby lotion and so far there isn't any increase in skin dryness. My only complaint is that it dissolves quickly and you have to use more than you would with other products.

It's a good soap but I don't see a difference in my 6 month old's eczema so I will be switching after this bottle is gone. The price is just too much for it to not make a difference for his eczema. My search continues for something that will help.

Comments about Exederm Cleansing Baby Bath, 8 oz:

This is a very good product. I have tried just about everything OTC for my kids sensitive skin. OTC product are full of parabeans and other irritants that can cause "flaw-ups". It's not perfect but it is the absoulute best product I've tried, and I would recommend using any of the Exederm Products. I have used them all, and have had less flaw-ups in my children. The Drug Store has the best deal on these products too.

This is wonderful if you're like me and it seems that everything you wash your skin or your scalp with makes you itch or break out in scaly lumps. This product (and the companion baby shampoo) are free of cocamidopropyl betaine which I have found is a sure-fire irritant and is very commonly found in shampoos and body washes.
