I use this before or after a workout to make sure my blood glucose doesnt take a nosedive. It is really delicious and everyone at work envies the thick shake like texture. Unlike some other products of this type I have tried it gets really thick and creamy. I bought a $20 blender and use it at my desk with 2% milk to give me a few more carbs. While others may not be able to use a blender at work, the blender bottles work too. As for the price... Cheaper than a coffee at St*******.

I MAKE THIS W/ ALMOND MILK, 1/2 BANANA & GROUND FLAX.
THIS IS MY 5am BREAKFAST 3-4 MORNINGS A WEEK.

I highly recommend this product to a person who has sweet cravings at midday at work. I mix it with soy milk or chocolate nondairy soy milk and its just delicious.

I was excited to try this product as it supposed to regulate your blood sugar yet ALSO is gluten-free. I hoped it would help me get through long work days. I purchased a 5-pack for 8.99 only to discover that there were only 2 packets inside the box. Right there I felt ripped off. You can mix the powder with water but it really only tastes good with milk, and then it's less convenient to take to work because you have to buy milk, too, and have a refrigerator to keep it in. Also it's hard to mix the powder in cold milk so it's better to use a blender than a spoon - another obstacle to using this at work. I found this to be a good idea but not cost effective and not convenient. I would prefer that the shake come in pre-mixed cans so you don't have to buy an additional product to mix with it, and I would prefer that the seller be honest about how many packets are in the box.

I like the shakes as a meal replacement. I often like to add some fruit along with low fat milk. It is delicious, nutritious and filling. Seems to keep my blood glucose level and helps prevent spikes and munchies.
