There is nothing wrong with the construction, but the compartments are so small they render it useless for me. I bought it based on a previous review that mentioned the compartments as large enough for multiple pills and vitamins, but that is not the case. If you take a few tiny pills daily this will work fine for you, but if you take vitamins or fish oil, it will not.

It is just a little larger than I thought but am now used to the size. I take morning and afternoon medications. This takes the guesswork out of whether or not I took medication(s) as directed.

I really am pleased with this pill case because the pockets are big enough to hold all of my large pills, vitamins, etc. Although this is an am/pm case, I purchased it because the price was good and I would have two weeks worth of pills instead of the one week strip containers. The other great feature about this case is that the lids are easy to open and when I close them they snap shut and STAY SHUT with all of my bulky vitamins!! I will say that this is not an easy case to put in your purse for travel...I still use my weekly container for travel.

Maybe because it's new, lids wont stay all the way open to refill.

This would be perfect for people who are going to leave it sitting on a counter (not throw it in their purse) and for people who do not take any large pills (ie. GNC Women's Ultra Mega Multivitamin will not fit, as well as my Omega 3/6/9). So, I will probably not use it since I can't carry it with me for my afternoon vitamins (the lids will raise if in a purse/tote.
