I had a two-week pill case, but it got confusing because I'd forget which side I was using, so I got this one to simplify my life. My old one had rounded edges so that the pills could slide out easily, but this one has sharp edges, so I have to dig little pills out with my fingers. That's the only con, which is not much. Nice big size and it has the full day names written on the caps so that my Down syndrome brother can read the names and not get confused. I'm happy with it. ^ ^

If you take any large pills (fish oil capsules, for instance, can be an inch or more long), this is the caddy for you. At 9" long and over 1" deep, it will hold not only a lot of pills, but those very large or long ones. The company that makes this pill caddy makes an even bigger one (11"!), believe it or not! A caddy this size (or the larger one) can also be used for fishing or crafts items -- hooks, lures, beads, etc. Great, multi-purpose item.

I have 4 large pills plus a lot of smaller ones in the am. I also have 4 times of day for pills. AM, Noon, Dinner Time, and Bedtime. I have 8 of these which allows me to fill one week ahead. Ideal for my situation.

Really love these. Convenient for "stacking" pills when organizing them for more than one week. I usually do a month at a time. All containers stack on top of one another for compact storage in cabinet.

Capacity of 60 aspirin tablets is MISLEADING. The size of this box is 1.9" Wide x 1" High x 9" Long. This box is a little bigger than the others. However, I take 20 different vitamins each morning of various sizes and this box is the right size with a little room to spare. The marking on the bottom of the box I have is 2XL. When I travel, 4 of them fit nicely in a 1 gallon zip lock bag. NEVER put them in a Travel Bag without a zip lock bag unless you like picking pills out from your clothes and other affects. The lids close very nicely but do pop open on occaision,

Product Size Unclear. 2XL says will hold 60 aspirin tablets. 3XL says will hold 60 aspirin tablets. Why not give the W x H x L dimensions so the customer can compare. I bought the 3XL and it is too large. I would like to buy the 2XL but how can I trust the size?

I suppose it is my own fault, the measurements are provided, but for some reason I pictured this larger than it actually is. My 10a, 12p, 3p, 5p, 9p and 12p meds all fit fine but my 8a meds will not all fit. I wish someone made an expandable system that would fit together Lego-like and can be personalized for anyone's needs. Also, they are VERY hard to open.

I hestitated to order these because no dimensions were listed. I ordered two and thought they were way too big when they arrived. Dimensions: 9 1/8 x 1 7/8 x 1 inches.
Now I love them because I can easily fit all my vitamins. They're slightly hard to open, but this is great for travel, since you won't have to worry about them coming open in your bag. I used to have to rubberband these when traveling.
I wanted to pick my colors, rather than "color will vary
